Maijharo is an emotional story of love, land, and the weight of the past. Balihang is a man on a difficult mission to get back a small piece of land that holds his father's graveyard. The Captain has no interest in the land's sentimental value, he plans to build a luxury resort on it, after erasing the graveyard of Balihang's father. Balihang's struggle takes a complicated turn when Simma, the Captain's daughter, returns to the village. Simma and Balihang were deeply in love as children, but their worlds were torn apart. Now, Simma tries to reconnect, hoping to rekindle their old flame and find a peaceful solution. She gently reminds him of their beautiful past.
